Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Business Analyst to drive Finance Change programs within Product Control and Financial Control. You will elicit and document requirements from controllers and stakeholders, translate accounting and reporting needs into functional specs, and support process mapping and operating model design.

• CA/MBA with Business Analyst experience within Product Control / Finance Control technology.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Ops, Technology).

Responsibilities

• Act as Business Analyst on Finance Change programs spanning Product Control and Financial Control. Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements from Product Controllers, Financial Controllers, and related stakeholders.

• Assist with implementation planning, cutover support, and postgo-live stabilization.
• Proactively identify data, control, and operational risks within proposed solutions.
