Job summary

Randstad in Hyderabad, India seeks a operations support professional to assist internal and external customers across multiple support channels. You will handle system setup, configuration, maintenance, and audits while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Daily Operations: Provide support to our internal and external customers via various support channels.
• Provide system support including setup, configuration, and maintenance.
• Resolve issues and inquiries related to varying subjects, including, but not limited to; onboarding, time entry, payroll, and from internal customers and agencies.
• Conduct daily audits to ensure processes and compliance requirements are fully met.
• Partner with functional and technical teams on system upgrades and fixes, and conduct or assist with User Acceptance Testing to ensure the business requirements are met
• Develop and/or update functional process documentation as needed
• Provide system requirements for break/fixes and enhancements
• Research, Reconciliation, Problem Identification, and Resolution -Collaborate with team members and other departments to address moderately complex operational issues and discrepancies. This involves conducting research and gaining a thorough understanding of the operating companies and customer accounts the BA supports. Ensure systems and processes comply with customer contracts and are managed appropriately.
• Promptly investigate, identify and report potential database issues
• Develop, oversee and deliver reports for operational analysis, trend monitoring , audits and special projects
• Ensure database accuracy by performing validation queries
• Producing Insights and Driving Decisions Through Analysis -Understand analytics and/or models produced by others and provide input into customer accounts and business services operations.
• Customer Support - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and internal departments. Effectively manage conflicts with empathy, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction,collaboration, and a passion for Randstads business.
• Serve as a support to Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key enterprise initiatives and act as a liaison across multiple departments, including Benefits, Compensation, HR, Talent Relations, Treasury, Accounting,IT, and others.
• Consistently provide timely updates to SME, customers, stakeholders,and management on ongoing tasks and projects.
• Proactively follow up with customers, technical teams and other stakeholders when further assistance is required
• Process Improvements - Identify opportunities to improve results for the Business Services organization and Randstad overall.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, functionality, and workflows by leveraging technical capabilities to minimize manual tasks and improve data management and overall efficiency
• Proactively support team and internal customer development initiatives by creating and/or following established training materials that ensure the team is versed in best practices for departmental processes including compliance, regulatory standards, contractual obligations,and system usage.
• Build strong professional relationships within internal and cross functional teams, support teams and customer facing lines of business.
