Job summary

Angel One in Gurugram is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to turn data into actionable insights. You will partner with stakeholders across BFSI and product teams to design analytics solutions, build data pipelines, and deliver dashboards that drive business decisions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in data analytics, strong SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python, and experience with Databricks. You will mentor peers, automate end-to-end data workflows, and communicate findings clearly to non-technical

• Experience working on Databricks and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Databricks AI/BI - Genie and Dashboard)
• Use of AI Coding tools like Cursor/Claude/ChatGPT is a plus.
• Mentor team-mates on various business critical projects
• Problem-solving skills; methodical and logical approach
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
