Job summary

Angel One is a leading fintech in India serving millions of clients with a data-driven approach. We are seeking analytics professionals who can turn data into actionable growth strategies and product insights.

You will work with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, run experiments, and influence decisions that shape user growth and retention on a high-scale platform.

Qualifications

• Graduates with up to 2 years of experience in business analytics or post-graduates with up to 1 year in analytics.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort with metrics and reporting.
• Experience working with Product and Data teams; cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics projects end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Identify patterns, anomalies, and correlations in large datasets.
• Build dashboards on Databricks and BI tools like Tableau.
• Design and conduct A/B experiments to measure impact.
• Forecast user growth and identify scalable growth levers.
• Prepare high-impact presentations for senior management.

What you will do:

• Own projects end to end with high ownership, leading cross-functional teams
• Leverage data analytics to identify patterns, anomalies, and correlations in large datasets.
• Build business dashboards on Databricks and business intelligence tools like Tableau
• Design and conduct A/B experiments to measure business impact of initiatives
• Build and execute user growth strategies by using data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Build forecasting models to predict user growth
• Identify new growth opportunities and scalable levers
• Prepare high-impact presentations for senior management
• Use first principles to identify and solve business problems

Who you are:

• Tier 1 acads: graduates with upto 2 years of experience in business analytics or post-graduates with upto 1 year of experience in analytics
• Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving
• Advanced analytical skills and deep comfort with metrics and data analysis & reporting
• Experience working closely with Product and Data teams
• Track record of managing cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
• Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving
• Experience in B2C retention and engagement in a high-growth startup or digital-first company is a plus
• Experience with tools like Clevertap and Mixpanel is a plus
• AI automation experience is a plus
