Qualifications

• Strong data analytics skills, including SQL and large datasets.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to business and engineering stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools.

• 10–12 years as a BSA/BA with strong domain exposure to Banking / Capital Markets
• Understanding of how systems and applications interact and exchange data (interfaces, batch/file transfers, integration points), without needing depth in the underlying tools or middleware
• Ability to read/produce data flow diagrams and source-to-target mapping documents
• Proven ability to write technical specifications developers can implement directly
• Strong data analytics skills, including SQL and large/complex datasets
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both business and engineering stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with AI tools
