KollegeApply is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to join our core team in a full-time capacity. You will analyze business and product data, design dashboards, and present insights to leadership to drive growth in the edtech space.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions, automate reporting using Python and Excel, and contribute to strategic planning with data-driven insights.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in business analysis, data interpretation, and market research.
• Mandatory proficiency in SQL, Python, and Advanced Excel.
• Experience with dashboards, KPIs, and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business, product, and operational data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Design and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and performance trackers.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
• Automate reporting and analytics workflows using Python and Advanced Excel.

Role Overview :

You will play a key role in analyzing business performance, driving insights, supporting strategy, and enabling data-backed growth initiatives across the organization.

Business Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze business, product, and operational data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Design and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and performance trackers.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
• Automate reporting and analytics workflows using Python and Advanced Excel.
• Track and monitor key business KPIs and present insights to leadership.

Strategy & Research

• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis within the edtech and higher education space.
• Support leadership in strategic planning, forecasting, and decision-making with data-driven insights.
• Evaluate new business models, growth initiatives, and expansion opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
• Prepare presentations, executive summaries, and business cases for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive problem-solving for high-impact, cross-functional projects.

Eligibility & Skills

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
