Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyse existing business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and process documentation
• Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis across departments
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Support ERP implementation, system enhancements, and process integration
• Monitor system efficiency and recommend operational improvements

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and business analysis documentation

• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or = 30 Days Preferred.

Job Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst.Strong knowledge of business processes, policies, and SOP development.
• Experience in process/workflow mapping and system analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and business applications.
• Good understanding of operational and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
