The Business Analyst role focuses on analysing and optimizing business workflows, driving change initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as on-ground point of contact for contractor representatives and enterprise project personnel

Identify,document, and communicate operational issues and user pain points to product development teams

Provide hands‑on support to non-technical stakeholders in using digital tools and web interfaces

Coordinate real-time issue resolution and product operations support

Translate ground-level feedback into actionable insights for product improvements

Bridge communication between field operations and technical development teams

Requirements

Experience working in remote/field locations

Proven experience coordinating with non-technical stakeholders in operational settings

Background in business-side product management or product operations

Experience with mobile/web application operations and web interfaces

Demonstrated ability to hand-hold non-tech-savvy users through digital adoption

High bias for action with strong execution capabilities

Exceptional stakeholder management skills with earned trust from ground teams

Curious mindset with ability to dive deep into operational challenges

Must be based out of or willing to relocate to Khavda/Jaisalmer

Good to Have

Experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects

Exposure to real estate, energy, or infrastructure sectors

Prior work with digital tools/platforms in construction, energy, or infrastructure domains
