Job summary

Indigrators is seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Process Analyst in Chennai to analyze and improve business processes, develop SOPs, and map workflows across departments. You will coordinate with stakeholders, support ERP implementations, and monitor system efficiency to drive operational improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of relevant experience in business analysis, strong analytical and communication skills, and a solid grasp of MS Office and reporting tools.
