Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a business analyst to capture and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.

You will translate needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams and collaborate with project managers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. You will also analyze processes to identify gaps, develop BRDs and user stories, assist in UAT, and support data analysis, reporting, and visualization

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Analyze existing processes and systems, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
• Develop use cases, process maps, BRDs, and user stories.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA testers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and visualization to inform business decisions.
• Conduct cost-benefit and impact analyses to assess proposed changes.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
