Business Analyst

Entry Level (0-2 years)

Snitch is a fast‑growing D2C menswear brand scaling across eCommerce and retail. This is a hands‑on analytics role at the intersection of business performance, pricing, and category strategy. You will own reporting infrastructure, build pricing models, and deliver insights that directly influence channel planning, inventory decisions, and margin outcomes. If you find a number that doesn’t add up and cannot sleep until you know why, this role is for you.

What You’ll Own

• Analytics & Visibility
  • Build and maintain daily dashboards covering GP, sales, conversion, and spends.
  • Weekly and monthly channel P&L reporting covering GMV, net sales, and margins.
• Pricing Intelligence
  • Run structured price sensitivity analyses and translate findings into clear action recommendations.
  • Own and build the next version of our internal pricing model with broad SKU coverage.
• Category & B2B Analytics
  • Performance and planning analytics for B2B and category teams, including forecast tracking and actual vs plan bridges.
  • Inventory build analytics to support selection decisions and keep excess inventory in check.
  • GM% and growth tracking by category on an ongoing basis.
• Returns Analytics
  • Build a returns analytics framework segmented by category, channel, and geography.
  • Identify reduction levers and deliver actionable recommendations to the business.
• Special Projects
  • Support leadership with business case analyses, deep dives, and strategic inputs as needed.

Requirements

• Min 2 years in analytics, ecommerce, or a related field
• Strong SQL: joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations
• Ability to structure a problem before opening a query editor
• Clear written communication, you can explain a trend to someone who doesn’t know SQL
• High ownership. You don’t wait to be told when something looks off.
