Job summary

Carrerlift is looking for a data analytics professional who translates raw data into strategic insights that shape business decisions and drive growth initiatives. You will build dashboards and visualizations that tell compelling data stories to stakeholders across the organization, partnering with product, marketing, supply chain and customer teams.

From discovery to implementation, you will own analytical projects, using SQL, Python and Excel to forecast, model scenarios and communicate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on analytics experience.
• Strong SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Excellent Excel modeling and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to design clear dashboards for non-technical audiences.

• Own analytical projects from discovery through implementation, balancing technical rigor with business impact

What you'll work on:

• SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, transform and analyze large datasets
• Excel-based modeling and analysis to support forecasting and scenario planning
• Investigation of trends in customer acquisition, growth, marketing performance or supply chain efficiency
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define metrics, requirements and success criteria

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in analytics, preferably focused on Customer Acquisition, Growth, Marketing or Supply Analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
• Strong Excel skills for modeling, analysis and reporting
• Ability to design clear, interactive dashboards that communicate findings to non-technical audiences
• Proven problem‑solving mindset with comfort working through ambiguous situations
• Track record of working effectively with stakeholders and teams across different functions
