Recro in Bengaluru is seeking a Retail Analytics professional to transform data into actionable insights across inventory, location strategy and space optimization.

You will build predictive models, perform demand forecasting, and deliver clear visualizations using Power BI, Tableau or QlikView, translating analytics into business impact while maintaining accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail analytics and inventory management.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; PySpark a plus.
• Knowledge of predictive analytics techniques: optimization, classification, regression, time series, demand forecasting, clustering.

Job description

Experience of working in areas of retail like Inventory Management, Location/Space

Expertise in programming language such as Python, SQL is a must and Pyspark good to have.

Expertise in predictive analytics techniques around Optimization, classification or regression,

clustering, A/B testing, Time Series, demand forecasting, Tree-based algorithms and model

assembling techniques.

Expertise in visualization tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, etc.

Must have retail experience

Should have basic idea of working on product application.

Excellent verbal and written presentation skills

Attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment.

Strong drive and passion to deliver business impact through retail Analytics.
