Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst
• Prior experience in a product-based company is mandatory, preferably SaaS
• Strong understanding of product development and software lifecycle
• Experience writing user stories and managing backlogs
• Ability to work with product, engineering, and business teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
• Consistent employment history with minimal job switches

This role requires someone who understands business needs, thinks from a product perspective, and can translate requirements into clear priorities and actionable development tasks.

Good to Have

• Experience working on accounting, finance, fintech, or financial software products.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, and product management tools.
• Understanding of SQL, APIs, and software workflows.
