Job summary

Accenture PLC in Bengaluru is seeking a Bus & Technology Delivery Specialist to support the LEDD team in developing and delivering training solutions for external clients.

You will work on web app development using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, with familiarity of LMS platforms such as CSOD, SABA and SuccessFactors, and with authoring tools like Articulate 360, Flow 2 and GOMO to build engaging learning content.

Qualifications

• BE, BTech, BSc, or MSc in IT/CS/Physics/Math.
• 10+ years experience in web app development, LMS integration, and content authoring.
• Proficient with AI features in authoring tools and HTML5/ CSS3/ JavaScript.
• Experience with SCORM 1.2/ SCORM 2004/ AICC standards.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into product offerings and development platforms.
• Create prototypes, perform integration testing, and onboard content development teams.
• Deploy and test courses on LMS CSOD, SABA, SuccessFactors; ensure good user experience.
• Report status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Upskill the content development team on tools and technologies; share knowledge.
• Carry out R&D into new technical solutions aligned with client needs.

What would you do?

• The Technical Architect supports the Accentures Learning Experience Design & Development team (LEDD) in a variety of capacities. The role entails supporting the development and delivery of training solutions to all external clients.
• Experience with JavaScript libraries like, bootstrap, foundation, require, angular, jQuery, etc.
• Fair knowledge on MS Power Platform and SharePoint related technology
• Fair knowledge on automations with regards to learning domain

What are we looking for?

• B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics
• 10+ years experience in the following areas:
• Working inside a small team developing web app-based solution using common development languages
• Has an in-depth understanding of Authoring tools Articulate 360, Flow 2, GOMO
• Knowledge of generative AI & AI functionalities in authoring tools.
• Has an in-depth understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML
• Has experience in developing content for mobile platforms or has worked on development of mobile applications e.g., IOS, Android & Windows Phone
• Experience undertaking common software quality assurance practices to validate solutions developed. Has experience creating detailed software documentation.
• Strong English written, verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to carry out research as necessary.
• Ability to multitask and manage several concurrent work assignments while meeting agreed upon timelines and commitments.
• Familiarity, expertise in industry standard learning courseware frameworks: SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, AICC
• Experience undertaking common software quality assurance practices to validate solutions developed. Has experience creating detailed software documentation.
• Strong English written, verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to carry out research as necessary.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for translating business requirements against standard product offerings and development platforms.
• Create prototypes, complete Integration testing with delivery platforms, create job aids and other relevant documentation, onboard the content development team on the tools and processes.
• Expected to have deep knowledge about Learning Management System (LMS) like CSOD, SABA, SuccessFactors to deploy and test the courses to provide best users experience.
• Responsible for reporting status of team-members to internal, external stakeholders.
• Up skill the content development team on standard tools and technologies. The Technical Architect is expected to learn new tools as and when introduced and knowledge share it with other team members.
• Expected to carry out R&D into new technical solutions in line with client business requirements and company strategy.
• Work in collaboration with ID and media team to provide the solution as per the requirement.
