Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Bus & Technology Delivery Analyst to support the Learning Experience Design & Development team in creating training solutions for external clients. You will contribute to Talent Development processes and deliver instructional content using modern authoring tools.

Working within a small team, you will develop courses with Articulate 360, Flow 2GOMO, and web technologies while collaborating with ID and media teams to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience with web app development using common languages and authoring tools.
• In-depth knowledge of Articulate 360, Flow 2GOMO.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and XML.

What are we looking for?

• Working inside a small team developing web appbased solution using common development languagesauthoring tools
• Has an indepth understanding of Authoring tools Articulate 360Flow 2GOMO
• Knowledge of generative AI and AI functionalities in authoring tools.
• Has good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML
• Strong English written verbal communication skills.
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to carry out research as necessary.
• Ability to multitask and manage several concurrent work assignments while meeting agreed upon timelines and commitments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing the courses as per the templates provided using different authoring tools.
• Expected to have good knowledge about Learning Management System (LMS) like CSOD, SABA, SuccessFactors to deploy and test the courses to provide best users experience.
• Expected to explore and learn the new authoring tools platforms available.
• Work in collaboration with ID and media team to develop and deliver the courses.
• Responsible for reporting status of worktasks assigned to them with leads stakeholders.
