Job summary

Stelling Technologies is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee end-to-end bus operations, scheduling, and fleet coordination across multiple branches. The role focuses on efficient dispatch, route optimization, and ensuring regulatory compliance to meet occupancy targets and customer expectations.

The candidate will manage teams, coordinate with vendors, monitor bookings, and drive overall revenue performance through effective planning and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Decide on service cancellations or rescheduling as needed.
• Monitor online and offline booking charts and ensure schedule accuracy.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and manageend-to-end bus operations, scheduling, branch performance, and fleet coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, route optimization, team management, revenue performance, customer satisfaction, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Scheduling

• Lead overallbus operations and route schedulingacross branches.
• Ensure timely bus dispatch and smooth execution of daily schedules.
• Optimize route plans based on occupancy, demand, and operational feasibility.
• Take decisions onservice cancellation / reschedulingbased on occupancy and business requirements.
• Monitor online and offline booking charts and ensure schedule accuracy.

Fleet Maintenance

• Ensureinterior and exterior bus maintenancebefore every dispatch.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and emergency repairs.
• Oversee breakdown management and vehicle readiness.
