Job summary

Cundall in Chennai is seeking a Building Services Technician to join the Mechanical team and produce BIM models and CAD drawings for design on flagship projects. You will work with experts across disciplines, develop 2D assemblies and 3D BIM models using Revit, and collaborate with AutoCAD specialists to integrate designs.

Candidates should hold a Mechanical Engineering degree/diploma with BIM Level 2 experience, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360; ISO19650 knowledge and data centre exposure are a

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Building Services Technician to jointheMechanicalteamin ourChennaiofficeandproduce BIM Models & CAD drawings for all stages of design on some of the most exciting building design projects in the world.

As part of our established team of expert engineers and CAD/Revit technicians, and working closely with colleagues ofmultidisciplines, you will produce detailed 2D CAD generalassemblies andwill also develop design coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit into our current design practices.

The Skills

Having already been accredited with a relevant degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering and BIM modelling and having worked at BIM level 2, you have gained strong practicalexperience of using Revit in a similar building-based role, you are adept at planning and organising your workload and communicating effectively with engineering and AutoCAD specialists.

You have sound knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and BIM360, and have proven experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines, and crucially share Cundall’s passion for creative, sustainable, and intuitive design.

Knowledge working with ISO19650 standardsand having datacentre experiencewill be an added advantage.
