Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced facilities/operations professional to manage property operations, lead a team, and drive safety and compliance. The role focuses on planning, incident escalation, audits, and implementing best practices across contracted services.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in facilities management, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of occupational safety and client-centric operations to deliver excellence in a dynamic environment.

Operational Risk Management

• Update and implement Emergency Response plan; drills etc as required.
• After office hours Facilities assistance response
• Operational Audits and Compliance.
• Escalation of Incidents/Problems Performance Objectives
• Meet or exceed best practice in provision of services through contracts.
• Establishment and adherence to policies & procedures, compliance deadlines for each of the tasks as advised by the Operation Manager.
• Effective management of the team

To apply you need to have:

Strong knowledge of property operations

Playing a key role, the ideal candidate holds a degree in business or hotel and building management, and at least three to five years’ experience in facilities management.

You must also demonstrate good working knowledge in occupational safety, as well as aptitude in client-centric operations.

Solid background in team management
