Job summary

Grifols is seeking an MDS Product Manager to lead APAC regional marketing and product strategies for diagnostic solutions and automation. You will drive growth by bridging clinical excellence with commercial impact, overseeing promotional activities through indirect channels and ensuring solutions meet evolving market needs.

You will collaborate with the Marketing Director, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to train distributors, develop impactful sales tools, and support tender submissions

Qualifications

• Experience in Immunohematology / transfusion and Diagnostic used for blood testing (At least 2 years).
• At least 5 years of experience in technical specialist, sales, or marketing roles within a diagnostics company.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing Director in achieving financial objectives by implementing effective product and marketing strategies and tactical programs.
• Improve distributor and sales effectiveness through design and development of high-impact sales tools and training programs.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience teams to train sales forces, distributors, and customer support personnel on new and existing products.
• Support the sales team with technical product specifications and necessary documentation for tender submissions.
• Partner with Sales Managers to lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and discussions on automation and assay performance at customer sites and conferences.
• Build and maintain competitive profiles, monitoring market conditions and competitor activities to ensure Grifols' leadership.
• Organize regional marketing events, including distributor meetings, scientific symposia, and webinars, ensuring full compliance with Grifols' policies.
• Develop regional promotional materials and value messaging in collaboration with the Customer Engagement team.
• Report on market share and geographic expansion progress on a quarterly basis.
• Oversee the management of the marketing database, including customer information and mailing lists.

Role Mission

Drive growth and market presence across the APAC region by developing and executing strategic product marketing plans.
