Entelligence is seeking a Delivery Broadcom - Project Manager (India - Remote) to oversee portfolio delivery across partner-led engagements. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and collaboration with Broadcom professional services and partner teams to ensure quality outcomes.

You will monitor schedules, manage financials, and maintain healthy engagement health metrics while ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management, professional services operations, partner delivery, PMO, portfolio management, or a related discipline.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience overseeing a portfolio of concurrent customer or professional services engagements.
• Experience managing project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations.
• Experience reviewing or managing project financials, including time and expense reporting, invoicing, and revenue forecasting.
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to address delivery risks and maintain project performance.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support partner development and maintenance of project work plans aligned with engagement scope, delivery methodologies, milestones, and customer commitments.
• Provide portfolio-level oversight across multiple partner-led and partner-managed professional services engagements.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments to proactively identify schedule risks and potential customer impact.
• Monitor partner time and expense activity for accuracy and compliance with established policies, engagement requirements, and delivery guidelines.
• Identify and manage delivery, operational, financial, and customer escalations, coordinating with appropriate stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
• Review partner invoices against approved scope, work plans, project activity, time reporting, expenses, and delivery milestones.
• Support accurate revenue forecasting by monitoring project progress, resource activity, financial performance, and anticipated delivery schedules.
• Maintain project warning-level reporting and provide stakeholders with visibility into engagement health, risks, delays, and required actions.
• Monitor and report customer impact, including delivery challenges, escalations, project health, and customer satisfaction risks.
• Partner with Broadcom professional services stakeholders and delivery partners to improve delivery quality, operational consistency, compliance, and customer outcomes.

Position Summary

The Partner Delivery Compliance professional supports the Volume Services Support (VSS) Partner Led Delivery practice, which is responsible for accelerating VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) adoption through scaled partner delivery and efficient professional services resource allocation.

This role provides operational and compliance oversight across a portfolio of partner-led and partner-managed customer engagements. The Partner Delivery Compliance professional ensures Broadcom partners deliver engagements efficiently, follow established services delivery methodologies and guidelines, maintain financial and operational compliance, and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

Working closely with the Partner Led Delivery team, professional services leadership, and partner organizations, this role monitors engagement performance, identifies delivery and financial risks, manages escalations, and provides visibility into project health and customer impact.
