Qualifications

• Engineer graduate / Food Technologist / MSc Food Science / MSc Chemistry.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Knowledge on Biscuit Manufacturing process.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Man Management skill.

Responsibilities

• Overall incharge of a third party unit ( CMU operation).
• Co ordination with central purchase team for arranging RMPM.
• Ensure to meet the production plan.
• Implementation of Britannia quality systems and monitoring of the same.
• Monitoring and ensuring all regulatory compliances.
• Cordination with supply chain team for FG dispatches.
• Cordination with R&D team/ Product development team for new product development trials.
• Ensuring the commercial SOP compliances.
• Managing the Britannia assets at the plant location.
• Ensure end to end quality of finish products and compliance to all process standards.
• Ensure overall GMP compliance of the unit.
