Job summary

Artech Infosystem Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Brightspot CMS Developer to support enterprise Brightspot-based web platforms in a production AMS environment.

You will handle incident resolution, bug fixes, performance monitoring, and on-call rotations, collaborating with QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.

Required are 5–10 years with Brightspot CMS, strong Java, Groovy, JSP/Freemarker, and REST/GraphQL, with ITIL experience and cloud/CDN familiarity.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience with Brightspot CMS or comparable enterprise hybrid CMS platforms.
• Strong Java skills with working knowledge of Groovy and JSP/Freemarker.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, Solr/Elasticsearch, and Git/CI-CD tools.
• Prior AMS/production support experience with ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of application, integration, and performance issues.
• Experience with cloud environments and CDN technologies is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid/remote support model with on-call and shift responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support, including incident triage, RCA, and resolution within SLA.
• Develop and deploy bug fixes, minor enhancements, and configuration changes across Brightspot templates and workflows.
• Troubleshoot integrations, including APIs, search, CDN, static content services, and publishing pipelines.
• Support release management activities, including deployments, validations, and post-release monitoring.
• Monitor application health, performance, and availability, ensuring platform stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
• Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in on-call and shift rotations as required by support SLAs.
• Ensure adherence to change, incident, and problem management processes.
