• Proven ability to develop creative yet commercially viable solutions for brands.
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.
• Experience in developing proposals, responding to briefs, and leading client pitches.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Brand Strategy & Solutions: Understand client objectives, identify opportunities, and develop strategic brand solutions aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Client Partnerships: Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and strategic point of contact.
• Creative Ideation: Lead brainstorming and concept development for brand campaigns, partnerships, content initiatives, and integrated marketing solutions.
• Integrated Campaigns: Conceptualise and execute solutions across relevant touchpoints, including digital, social media, content, influencer marketing, experiential, and on-ground activations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, media, sales, and execution teams to bring ideas to life.
• Pitch Development: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that translate insights into differentiated brand solutions.
• Business Growth: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to revenue growth through strategic recommendations and innovative offerings.
• Campaign Performance: Track campaign outcomes, evaluate effectiveness, and use insights to improve future solutions.
