Job summary

Sankar Group in Delhi is seeking Brand Growth & Management Interns to own brand initiatives, boost visibility, and accelerate growth across channels. You will gain hands-on exposure to brand strategy, marketing, content, campaigns, and new project launches.

You will work with the leadership team to shape brand identity, coordinate with designers and agencies, track metrics, and drive projects from ideation to execution.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Support new brand and project launches.
• Track metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, conversions.
• Maintain consistency in brand communication and identity.
• Prepare weekly updates and growth reports.
• Take ownership of projects from ideation to execution.

Job description

Sankar Group is a growing group with multiple brands, businesses, and upcoming projects. We are looking for Brand Growth & Management Interns who can take ownership of brands and help build their visibility, positioning, and growth.

This is not a traditional social media internship. You will gain hands‑on exposure to brand strategy, marketing, content, growth, campaigns, and new project launches. You will work closely with the leadership team and have the opportunity to contribute to shaping the identity and growth of our brands.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
