• Plan and execute branch sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure productivity benchmarks are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and customers.
• Ensure high-quality sourcing, credit assessment, and timely disbursements.
• Coordinate with credit and operations to ensure smooth customer journeys.
