Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 4-5 Sales Managers to achieve business targets.
• Drive Affordable Home Loan business through DSAs, connectors, and open market channels.
• Plan and execute branch sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual volume/value targets.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure productivity benchmarks are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and customers.
• Ensure high-quality sourcing, proper credit assessment, and smooth file processing for timely disbursements.
• Coordinate closely with credit and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Drive compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines at all times.
