Job summary

Karur Vysya Bank Limited is seeking a Branch Sales and Service Manager to lead revenue generation and customer relationship management across the branch.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets, promoting advances, cross-sell and cross-channel migration, and ensuring smooth daily operations while complying with audit requirements at locations in Ahmedabad, Anand, Bharuch, Gandhidham, Mahesana, Rajkot, Surat, Unjha, and Vadodara.

• Achieve individual sales targets across product segments.
• Identify and convert opportunities for advances business, cross-sell and up-sell of products.
• Manage and deepen assigned ETB portfolio customer relationships.
• Educate and migrate customers to Alternate/Digital channels.
• Handle day to day operations of the branch.
• Support the branch to fulfil audit and compliance requirements.
• Authorize all the financial and non-financial transactions.
• Resolution of customer queries within defined TAT.
• Other tasks as assigned by BM/BOM.
