Vistaar Financial Services Private Limited in India seeks a Branch Manager in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan to lead branch performance, drive sales, and manage a high-performing team delivering financial services and credit products.

The role requires LAP/BL/HL experience and hands-on leadership to grow the customer base while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance with company policies.

Qualificações

• Experience of LAP, BL or HL is compulsory.

Responsabilidades

• Owing and meeting/exceeding annual sales targets within the assigned territory, expand customer base
• Drive new initiatives like sales process reengineering, digitisation etc. Drive core skillsets enhancement across CROs and BMs.
• Leading and directing team to ensure that they achieve their Business Goals in accordance with Organizational Strategy (Portfolio Size, Quality, Revenues and Profit for the financial Year). Liaise with other stake holders on the implementation of Companys strategic and operational plans.
• Portfolio management along with the risk team to identify areas of stress and undertake preventive and corrective measures. Product Profitability across segments
• Drive branches to the required level of productivity, while maintaining portfolio quality as per metrics. Make Vistaars brand visible in the catchment areas
• Ensure Efficient and Effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning through the Marketing Department
• Cost Management - Tracking cost lines - Salary, Incentives, LOC, sales management, direct and channel sourcing
