Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank is seeking a Branch Relationship Officer - UCV in Maharashtra. You will develop a steady pipeline for Used Commercial Vehicle finance by sourcing directly and via dealers, while maintaining strong customer relationships and timely documentation.

The role requires 3–6 years of experience in field sales, with exposure to banking products and cross-selling opportunities. Location is Maharashtra branch, with permanent employment in the Assets unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degrees in commerce, science, or arts are acceptable as qualification background.

Responsibilities

• Develop a consistent pipeline of applications from good quality customers seeking finance for Used Commercial Vehicles.
• Manage relationships with all customers by responding to their requirements promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all loan documentation is collected timely to support a First Time Right principle.
• Generate and pass on leads for cross-sell products like Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Term Deposits, FASTag.
• Ensure 100% compliance with RBI regulations and other statutory guidelines.

• Develop consistent pipeline of applications from good quality customers who require finance for purchase of Used Commercial Vehicles through direct sourcing, Dealers, market references etc.,
• Effectively manage relationships with all customers by responding to their requirements in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that all documentation and information related to loan proposals are obtained in a timely manner to practice ‘First Time Right’ principle.
• Actively generate & pass on leads for cross-sell products like Saving Accounts, Current Accounts, Term Deposits, FASTag (wherever applicable)
• Ensure 100% compliance to Policies & Processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies
