Job summary

Axis Bank in Mumbai seeks a relationship manager to provide financial solutions to Priority customers while maintaining high service standards.

You will enrich relationships, deepen wallet share through cross-selling, maintain CRM records, and ensure compliance with KYC/SEBI rules while achieving monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial solutions to Priority customers with high service standards.
• Maintain complete customer profiles including risk, demographics and assets in the bank.
• Enrich relationships and increase wallet share through engagement activities.
• Deepen relationships by cross-selling Axis Bank's products and third-party investments.
• Identify potential customers for tailored product sales.
• Acquire new customers via referrals and maintain CRM records.
• Achieve monthly targets as assigned by the organization.
• Record and track all engagement activities in the CRM system.
• Comply with KYC/SEBI rules and regulations governing the Bank.

1. Client relationship management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain high trust and long term relationship with clients

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial solutions to the Priority customers while maintaining high service standards
• Maintain complete customer profile including the risk profile, demographics and assets in the bank
• Enrich relationships and garner higher wallet share through customer engagement activities
• Deepen the existing relationships by cross selling the Bank's products and services/ third party investment products
• Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration
• Acquire new customers by converting referral leads
• Achieve targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
• Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system
• Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the Bank
