The ideal candidate will bring extensive microfinance experience, proven team leadership, and strong analytical skills to inform strategic decisions and revenue expansion.

• Bilaspur/Raipur

• Oversee microfinance, NBFC, MFI, group loan, and individual loan products to drive business expansion.

• Foster strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
