• Ensure safe custody and management of gold assets
• Manage vault operations, keys and storage controls
• Handle customer follow-ups, renewals and loan closures
• Securely handle gold during renewal/closure
• Working knowledge of gold valuation
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain bookkeeping and basic accounting entries
• Ensure compliance, process adherence and operational controls
