Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions and maintain service standards.
• Sell and cross-sell Gold Loan and related products.
• Manage complete Gold Loan documentation.
• Execute end-to-end Gold Loan process.
• Ensure safe custody and storage of gold assets.
• Oversee vault operations, keys and storage controls.
• Follow up on renewals and loan closures.
• Apply gold valuation knowledge.
• Support audits and ensure compliance.
• Maintain bookkeeping and basic accounting entries.
• Enforce operational controls and processes.

Mandatory Experience

• Gold Loan Operations experience is mandatory
