Job summary

Tata AIA Life Insurance is seeking an Operations Associate in Maharashtra to support cash and policy issuance processes. The role involves handling counter timings, cash and cheque collections, and petty cash management while ensuring accuracy in reporting and reconciliation.

You will assist walk-in customers, support distribution channels, and contribute to lead generation and customer retention. The ideal candidate is a Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in Life Insurance or Banking

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in Life Insurance Operations or Banking Operations.
• Experience with cash handling and customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to cash counter timings.
• Handle cash and cheque collections, policy premium payments, reporting, lodgments and reconciliation.
• Manage petty cash.
• Support distribution channels in policy issuance.
• Serve walk-in customers and attend to service requirements.
• Assist sales by generating NB opportunities from walk-ins and outcall campaigns.
• Focus on customer retention and lead generation.
