Job summary

Rentokil PCI invites an experienced Branch Manager for Vijayawada PSD to lead the branch sales agenda in line with the Annual Business Plan. You will drive market share growth, profitability, and channel expansion while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Reporting to the Regional Manager/General Manager PSD, you will direct the branch team, set targets, motivate staff, and implement pricing and promotion strategies to sustain growth and service quality across the region.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on a sustainable basis in line with ABP.
• To direct the branch team and establish sales targets brand wise, pack wise as per ABP, help them in breaking the same geographically, monthly, weekly & daily targets.
• To motivate & direct sales teams to meet sales targets & agreed KPIs.
• To plan and implement branch sales promotion in consultation with marketing.
• Help in implementing a long term pricing strategy to maximize variable margin through product/ territory/ pack mix decisions.
• Have a clear focus on new channels like Institutions and Direct Distribution, Visibility and volumes.
• Drive Branch sales by developing field sales action plans

About the Role:

The Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability of the Branch on a sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan. The incumbent will report to the Regional Manager / General Manager PSD. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
