Job summary

Rentokil PCI is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Manager to drive sales strategies and increase market share for the branch in line with the Annual Business Plan. You will report to the Regional Manager and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will lead a multi-functional team, set branch targets, motivate the sales force, and work on pricing, channels, and distribution to maximize profitability. Prior experience in field sales leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or its equivalent) in a related area and at least 3-5 years of managerial experience
• Should be an excellent individual performer with prior experience of team handling

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on a sustainable basis in line with ABP.
• Direct the branch team and establish sales targets brand wise, pack wise as per ABP, break them geographically, monthly, weekly & daily targets.
• Motivate & direct sales teams to meet sales targets & agreed KPIs.
• Plan and implement branch sales promotion in consultation with marketing.
• Help in implementing a long term pricing strategy to maximize variable margin through product/ territory/ pack mix decisions.
• Focus on new channels like Institutions and Direct Distribution, Visibility and volumes.
• Drive Branch sales by developing field sales action plans

About the Role:

The Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability of the Branch on a sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan. The incumbent will report to the Regional Manager / General Manager PSD. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on a sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP).
• To direct the branch team and establish sales targets brand wise, pack wise as per ABP, help them in breaking the same geographically, monthly, weekly & daily targets.
• To motivate & direct sales teams to meet sales targets & agreed KPIs.
• To plan and implement branch sales promotion in consultation with marketing.
• Help in implementing a long term pricing strategy to maximize variable margin through product/ territory/ pack mix decisions.
• Have a clear focus on new channels like Institutions and Direct Distribution, Visibility and volumes.
• Drive Branch sales by developing field sales action plans

• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
• Track, collate and interpret sales figures
