Guiders India is seeking a candidate to drive branch profitability and portfolio management in Thrissur. You will monitor credit quality, work on new customer acquisition, and ensure growth in funding volume while activating LI across all months.

Ideal candidates understand local market conditions, maintain competitive awareness, and differentiate between PD, DSA, DST, and PPC models to support revenue goals and sustainable branch performance.

Qualifications

• Experience handling channel partnerships or distribution channels.
• Understanding of product lines and sales channels through DSA mechanisms.
• Good grasp of local market dynamics and customer behaviors.
• Knowledge of competitors and market moves in the region.
• Ability to distinguish PD, DSA, DST, and PPC models in operations.
