Job summary

Catholic Syrian Bank in Kerala is seeking an experienced professional to handle business sourcing and relationship management across channels. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure end-to-end loan disbursement processes.

You will lead a sales team, empanel new dealers, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with documentation, FI agreements, and credit approvals. Hiring and training the team to hit targets is also key.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of relevant sales/relationship management experience.
• Experience in empanelment of dealers and credit/ documentation processes.
• Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance.
