Job summary

Supra Pacific Financial Services in Kerala is seeking a results‑driven Branch Manager to drive investments across FDs, NCDs, bonds, mutual funds, and insurance. You will build relationships with HNIs, existing customers, and corporate clients, while guiding a branch team to meet ambitious targets.

Compliance with regulatory guidelines and KYC norms is essential, as is maintaining excellent customer service, monitoring operations, and delivering MIS updates.

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch business targets for investment products such as Fixed Deposits (FDs), Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), Bonds, Mutual Funds, and Insurance.
• Generate new customers through referrals, field visits, and relationship‑building activities.
• Manage and develop relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), existing customers, and corporate clients.
• Lead, train, and motivate the branch team to achieve business goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and KYC norms.
• Monitor branch operations and maintain high customer service standards.
• Conduct investment awareness programs and customer meetings to promote products.
• Track branch performance, prepare MIS reports, and submit periodic business updates.
• Coordinate with regional and corporate teams for business development initiatives.
• Handle customer grievances and ensure timely resolution.
