Qualifications

• Processing & generating leads for Micro LAP & Micro Housing finance by accessing their income through personal discussion & field Visit.
• Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed.
• Lead generation & conversion for existing micro finance members who require MICRO LAP or MICRO Housing.
• Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and services and prompt repayment in an efficient and cost effective manner.
• Sourcing & Completion of Loan document application form filling and follow-up to be done till disbursement stage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source Micro LAP and Micro Housing opportunities in the branch catchment.
• Engage customers through field visits and discussions to assess income and creditworthiness.
• Monitor repayment performance and take timely actions for delinquencies.
• Coordinate loan documentation and disbursement processes to ensure smooth approvals.
