Equitas Small Finance Bank in Tamil Nadu seeks a Branch Manager for the Gold Loan division. You will oversee branch operations, drive micro LAP and micro housing finance leads, and ensure repayments.

This role requires hands-on field visits, team leadership, and execution excellence to deliver gold loan products. You will manage documentation and end-to-end disbursement while maintaining high service standards.

• Experience in micro LAP and micro housing finance lead generation.
• Ability to access income via personal discussion and field visits.
• Strong repayment tracking for loans disbursed.

Responsibilities

• Processing & generating leads for Micro LAP & Micro Housing finance via personal discussion and field visits.
• Track and ensure repayments of the loans disbursed.
• Lead generation & conversion for existing micro finance members for MICRO LAP or MICRO Housing.
• Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and services and prompt repayment in a cost effective manner.
• Sourcing and completion of loan documents and follow-up through disbursement.
