Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product / Sales experience in Gold loan or other Asset products.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree.

Responsibilities

• Drive and participate in branch field marketing to boost visibility.
• Plan and monitor branch field marketing to build a healthy lead pipeline.
• Engage customers and appraise gold ornaments for weight and purity.
• Joint custodian of the Vault with safekeeping of pledged ornaments.
• Verify KYC documents, handle application requests and initiate loan disbursals.
• Process foreclosures, part releases, closures and interest payments.
• Authorize disbursal, foreclosure, release and accept customer payments.
• Maintain NPAs through follow-ups on customer interest collections.
• Lead hiring, coaching, mentoring and timely feedback to staff.
• Prepare reports and drive growth of the branch business.
• Increase gold loan business plus other third-party products.

Job Summary

Responsible for overall branch operations, performance & profitability of the branch. Drive & participate in field marketing activities with the team to improve branch visibility. Plan, conduct & monitor the branch & field level marketing activities to ensure healthy pipeline of leads resulting in business conversion & branch growth. Focus on customer engagement & appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight & purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.
