Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank in India seeks a Branch Manager in the Retail Liabilities vertical to drive growth, oversee profitability, and deliver superior customer service at the branch. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote cross-selling of financial products while managing day-to-day operations.

You will own the branch's P&L, lead sales initiatives for mutual funds and insurance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on product marketing and service

• Promote and achieve cross-selling targets for non-deposit products.
