Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a Branch Manager for our Retail Liabilities vertical in India. You will drive growth, oversee profitability, and ensure excellent customer service while leading a high-performing team at the branch level.

Key responsibilities include expanding the deposit base, cross-selling non-deposit products, and managing regulations. The role requires strong sales orientation and leadership to achieve targets and optimize P&L performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive enhancement of the deposit pool from existing and new customers.
• Ensure high standards of customer service delivery across all touchpoints.
• Promote and achieve cross-selling targets for non-deposit products.
• Lead sales initiatives for Mutual Funds and Insurance products.
• Generate fee-based income through strategic product offerings.
• Oversee branch administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Foster a productive and motivated branch team environment.
• Take ownership of the branch’s Profit & Loss and break-even performance.
