Job summary

Eranad Urban Society in Kerala is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee overall branch operations, ensure compliant service delivery, drive deposits and loan targets, and lead a motivated team. The role emphasizes adherence to society policies, risk controls, and strong customer relationship management.

You will supervise staff, monitor performance, handle cash and daily reconciliations, and coordinate with Head Office on reporting, audits and targets, while promoting schemes and business growth

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to society guidelines and policies.
• Lead and supervise branch staff, assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Manage and grow deposit products including Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), Daily Deposits (DD), and savings accounts.
• Supervise the processing, approval, and documentation of gold loans and other credit products as per policy norms.
• Ensure strict compliance with KYC norms, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Handle high-value transactions, cash management, reconciliation, and branch-level reporting.
• Address escalated customer and member queries, resolve complaints, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Promote products, introduce new schemes, and drive business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with Head Office regarding reporting, audits, targets, and operational updates.
• Ensure branch profitability, risk control, and achievement of assigned business targets.
