Job summary

GatiHire in Kolkata is seeking an experienced Branch Manager / Regional Manager to lead and scale a fast-growing B2C operations business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing 2–3 branches, driving operational excellence, leading teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

You will oversee end-to-end operations across branches, drive performance, monitor KPIs, and manage vendor relationships, while supporting expansion and new branch setups.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in branch or regional operations.
• Graduate degree required.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Experience in B2C operations and customer service.

• Monitor branch KPIs, MIS, profitability, and service quality.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Build and manage vendor and partner relationships.
• Ensure process compliance and continuous operational improvements.
• Support business expansion and new branch setup initiatives. Note- Candidates from Car Relocation, Home Relocation, Mobility, Used Car, Automotive, or Logistics industries will be preferred.
