Dream Solution Indore is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations at our retail banking branch. You will drive customer service excellence, sales performance, and efficient administration while building trust with local clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in retail banking, with 2 years in a leadership role, a relevant bachelor degree, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growth in the local market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
