Job summary

The Muthoot Group is seeking a Branch Sales & Operations executive in Panaji, Goa. You will drive sales of banking products such as gold loans and insurance, manage operations at the branch, and cultivate strong client relationships. You will identify and pitch to new leads while delivering excellent service to existing customers.

Role emphasizes prospecting, regional language communication, and a positive, customer-focused attitude. Incentives and growth opportunities are part of the package.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales & operations at the branch for banking products (gold loan, insurance, and other small products).

• Handling Sales & Operation At branch of banking products to clients. Products might include either Gold loan, Insurance products & there are other small products.
• Jre needs to Operate in their own respective branch.
• Prospecting and identifying new leads and pitching to the clients.
• Providing client service to existing customers. They are required to manage all aspects of customer relationships
• Corporate sales to get premium and HNI clients
