You will identify colleges, conduct orientations, and manage visit schedules across Chennai, Coimbatore, and Bengaluru, while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure strong brand presence.

The role requires 0-1 year experience in field marketing or education sector and willingness to travel extensively.

Job Description

College Visits & Orientation

• Identify and shortlist colleges across (Chennai & Coimbatore) for periodic visits
• Conduct orientation sessions to create awareness about professional courses offered.
• Maintain a structured visit schedule ensuring regular coverage across districts.
• Track student interest and collect leads during campus visits.
• Prepare visit reports and update the lead database after each visit.
• Liaise with empanelled agencies in (Chennai & Coimbatore) for on-ground execution.
• Ensure timely distribution of promotional materials at exam centres.

Event Coordination

• Coordinate and support events conducted across - Chennai & Coimbatore (seminars, career
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Manage logistics including material dispatch, manpower, and setup.
• Ensure brand visibility and proper representation at all events.
• Post-event reporting - attendance, leads generated, feedback.

Offline Marketing

• Coordinate all offline marketing activities across - Chennai & Coimbatore (hoardings,
• Work with vendors/agencies for timely installation and material distribution
